I had a busy day, though. I went to a pilates class at my gym. Before I started class, I used a foam roller on my hip. Has anybody (besides my mom who told me about it) ever used these things? I haven't been running very much, because my hip has been bothering me. I'm pretty sure that I strained my hip flexor from running faster than I'm used to. I've been icing it, and I also tried a foam roller. I put it under my hip and roll around on it, and it's supposed to massage the tissue. It HURTS, but my hip feels great after I use it.
